Homes that you purchase from us will be installed by our very own home installation crew at Mobile Home Transport & Installation. They have experience with installing hundreds of modular and manufactured homes for nearly the last decade, and have done so with a higher quality than anyone else could offer. Installing a modular home is tedious and takes a special skill set, and these guys have it.
The installation process
You home arrives to your site in sections. How many? Well, that depends on the size and style of the home you’ve designed and built with us. Two-section homes are probably the most common. Upon arriving to your building site, each section will be set on top of and fastened to your foundation using a crane. It’s quite an impressive sight! From there, the sections are joined together and finished, including everything from utility hookups, siding, and roofing, to internal taping and texturing and more!
