A Note on Modular Homes…
Our modular homes are completely customizable. We can go as big (or small) and as extravagant (or simple) as you would like. We have plenty of floor plans for you to look at for inspiration, or you can use the floor plans just how you see them! The design process is simple, and the building process provides beautiful, high quality, extremely efficient homes that you will love, whether it’s a home for retirement or for your growing family. There are plenty of resources throughout our site for floor plans, learning, and more. Take a look around!
The Big Deal on Building

Savings on homes are as follows:
- $10,000 rebate on homes less than 1500 sq. ft. (maybe a Ponderosa B?)
- $12,000 rebate on homes 1501-1700 sq. ft. (perhaps a Cedarwood Plan!)
- $14,000 rebate on homes greater than 1700 sq. ft.(something like our Lexington model)
Orders must be placed on or before August 31st, 2023. There are only 8 building spots available. We also have financing options available! If you are planning to build, now is the time! We can’t wait to work with you!
